Here's what you can do if the program wasn't able to delete the Virus:
1) Write down the location of the Virus (the path).
2) Make a back-up of the most foremost files.
3) Open the windows command prompt (by clicking on the Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt).
4) Go to the folder where the virus hides.
5) Delete the Virus (the executable file) and its attributes manually.
6) Additionally take a look at the list of programs that are running in the back - are there any suspicious programs?
